01 — Domestic shipping (Australia)

Free Australia-wide shipping. Every Australian order ships free, no minimum spend, no fine print. Posted from the Gold Coast, usually the next business morning, via Australia Post tracked parcel.

Standard delivery — Metro: 2–5 business days. Regional: 4–8 business days.

Express shipping — AUD $14.95 if you want it faster. Metro: 1–2 business days. Regional: 2–4 business days.

Local pickup (Gold Coast / Brisbane) — free. Pick your order in person within 24 hours of placing it; we'll email you the address and a collection window.

02 — International shipping

International standard — AUD $30 flat to every country we ship to outside Australia. Delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Duties & taxes. Our international price covers shipping only. Any import duty, GST/VAT, or customs handling fee charged by your country is your responsibility and is collected by the courier or customs office on delivery. We can't predict the amount because it varies by destination and product category — if you want an estimate, check your local customs site before ordering.

Tracking. Every international order is tracked end-to-end. You'll get the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the studio.

03 — Returns & exchanges

If something doesn't fit or isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached.

How to start a return. Email hello@omit.au with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll send you a return address and instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return policy, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges. We can swap for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Let us know in your return email and we'll ship the replacement free of charge inside Australia.

Return shipping. Domestic returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty. International returns are at your cost regardless. If a parcel is faulty or wrongly fulfilled, we cover everything.

04 — Faults & consumer guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You're also entitled to have the garment repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights.
